精神せいしんを意味いみする「メンタル」と、崩くずれるという意味いみの「ブレイク」を合あわせて略りゃくした言葉ことばです。

It describes a state of feeling down or being heartbroken.
気持きもちが落おち込こんだり、心こころが折おれたりした状態じょうたいを表あらわします。

It is used not only when reaching a limit, but also for a slight low mood.
限界げんかいを迎むかえた時ときだけでなく、ちょっとした落おち込こみにも使つかいます。

The point is that on social media and elsewhere, it can be said lightly without becoming too serious.
SNSなどで、深刻しんこくになりすぎず軽かるく伝つたえられるのがポイントです。
