Hiragana Times Inc. (hereafter "HT") endeavours to protect the personal information of all customers who use the services provided by HT, including the HT website, through appropriate privacy protection measures. Personal information may be used to send notices or announcements related to the services provided by HT.

株式会社ひらがなタイムズ（以下「HT」）は、HTのウェブサイトを含む、HTが提供するサービスをご利用になるすべてのお客様の個人情報を、適切な保護措置により守るよう努めます。個人情報は、HTが提供するサービスに関するお知らせやご案内の送付に利用することがあります。

Basic Policy基本方針

When HT collects personal information, it clearly specifies the purpose and uses the information only for that purpose. If the information needs to be used for a purpose not previously specified, HT will inform the customer of the new purpose and obtain permission before using it.

HTは、個人情報を収集する際に利用目的を明示し、お知らせした目的の範囲内でのみ利用します。事前に明示していない目的で利用する必要が生じた場合は、新たな目的をお知らせし、ご了承をいただいてから利用します。

HT will not disclose, transfer or lend personal information to a third party without the customer's permission, except as described under "Third-party services" below or where required by law.

HTは、下記「外部サービス」に記載する場合および法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様の許可なく個人情報を第三者に開示、譲渡、貸与しません。

HT manages and stores personal information in a secure environment that other users cannot access, to prevent its loss, misuse or alteration.

HTは、個人情報の紛失、不正利用、改ざんを防ぐため、他の利用者がアクセスできない安全な環境で個人情報を管理・保管します。

If you wish to view, correct or delete your personal information, please contact HT. HT will confirm your identity and respond appropriately.

Hiragana Times Appひらがなタイムズ アプリ

This section explains how your information is handled in the Hiragana Times app for iOS and Android (the "App"). The App is provided by We Co., Ltd. Its seller name on the App Store is "We Co., Ltd." and its developer name on Google Play is "Hiragana Times".

iOS版・Android版「ひらがなタイムズ」アプリ（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリは株式会社ウィー（We Co., Ltd.）が提供しています。App Storeでの販売者名は「We Co., Ltd.」、Google Playでの開発者名は「Hiragana Times」です。

Information we collect収集する情報

  • Account information: email address, username, display name and profile image that you register.

    アカウント情報：ご登録いただいたメールアドレス、ユーザー名、表示名、プロフィール画像。

  • Purchase information: issues and subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your credit card details.

    購入情報：App StoreまたはGoogle Playで購入された号・定期購読の記録。クレジットカード情報は受け取りません。

  • Content you post: comments you write in the App.

    投稿内容：本アプリ内で書き込まれたコメント。

  • Device and usage information: device type, OS version, app version, advertising ID, how you use the App, and crash logs.

    端末・利用情報：端末の種類、OSのバージョン、アプリのバージョン、広告ID、本アプリの利用状況、クラッシュログ。

How we use information利用目的

To provide your account and purchased issues, restore purchases, respond to inquiries, fix problems, and improve the App.

アカウントと購入済みの号の提供、購入の復元、お問い合わせへの対応、不具合の修正、本アプリの改善のために利用します。

Third-party services外部サービス

The App uses the following services, which may receive device and usage information under their own privacy policies: Apple App Store and Google Play (payments), Google Firebase (crash reports), AppsFlyer and Mixpanel (app usage analytics), and Matomo (usage statistics).

本アプリは次のサービスを利用しており、各社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき端末・利用情報が送られる場合があります：Apple App Store・Google Play（決済）、Google Firebase（クラッシュレポート）、AppsFlyer・Mixpanel（利用状況の分析）、Matomo（利用統計）。

We do not sell your personal information.

Security安全管理

Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored on secured servers with restricted access.

情報は暗号化された通信で送信され、アクセスを制限した安全なサーバーに保管されます。

Retention and account deletion保存期間とアカウントの削除

We keep your information while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time. See Delete Your Account for the steps.

アカウントが存在する間、情報を保管します。アカウントと関連データの削除は、いつでもご依頼いただけます。手順はアカウントの削除のページをご覧ください。

We delete the account and related data within 30 days of confirming your identity, except records we are legally required to keep (such as transaction records).

ご本人確認の後30日以内に、アカウントと関連データを削除します。ただし、法令で保管が義務付けられている記録（取引記録など）は除きます。

Childrenお子様の情報

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、その個人情報を意図して収集することはありません。
