「ドーパミン中毒ちゅうどくのガキ」を略りゃくしたネットスラングです。

It refers to a person who keeps watching only content, such as short-form videos, that releases large amounts of dopamine through strong stimulation.
ショート動画どうがのように、強つよい刺激しげきで多おおくのドーパミンを分泌ぶんぴつさせるコンテンツばかり見続みつづける人ひとを指さします。

It expresses, with mockery and self-deprecation, the state of being unable to concentrate and quickly getting bored.
集中力しゅうちゅうりょくが続つづかず、すぐに飽あきてしまう様子ようすを、揶揄やゆや自虐じぎゃくを込こめて表あらわします。

As a similar term, “adogaki,” abbreviated from “adrenaline addicted kid,” also exists.
似にた言葉ことばに、「アドレナリン中毒ちゅうどくのガキ」を略りゃくした「アドガキ」もあります。
