The popular Hiragana Kanji (Kotoba Kanji) series that allows you to read kanji with hiragana concludes this issue. We thank Mr.ITO Satoshi, who allowed us to publish his works, for his cooperation.

A new series has begun in this issue. Our Super Japanese Lessons employ a method that helps readers memorize words by associating Japanese phonics with pictures.
今月号から新しいシリーズが始まりました。スーパー日本語講座では、学習者は日本語の音を頭の中で映像化して言葉を覚えます。

Learners are empowered to imagine their own unique stories by visualizing pictures to memorize each word.
実際に絵を描いたり、大胆にイメージをふくらませてストーリーをつくったりすると、よりよく覚えられます。

We will publish a particularly striking image created with this method on Hiragana Times every month.
この手法を用いてつくられた、特にインパクトのある絵をひらがなタイムズの表紙として毎月掲載していきます。
