You can request deletion of your Hiragana Times app account and its data at any time. The app is provided by We Co., Ltd. (seller name on the App Store: "We Co., Ltd."; developer name on Google Play: "Hiragana Times").
「ひらがなタイムズ」アプリのアカウントと関連データの削除は、いつでもご依頼いただけます。本アプリは株式会社ウィーが提供しています（App Storeでの販売者名「We Co., Ltd.」、Google Playでの開発者名「Hiragana Times」）。
How to request deletion削除のご依頼方法
Fill in the deletion request form below with the email address registered to your account, and send it. If you cannot use the form, you can also email cs@hiraganatimes.com.
下の削除依頼フォームに、アカウントに登録したメールアドレスなどを入力して送信してください。フォームを使えない場合は、メール（cs@hiraganatimes.com）でもご依頼いただけます。
We send a confirmation email to your registered address to make sure the request comes from the account holder.
ご本人からのご依頼であることを確認するため、登録メールアドレスに確認のメールをお送りします。
We delete the account within 30 days of confirmation and notify you by email when it is done.
確認後30日以内にアカウントを削除し、完了をメールでお知らせします。
What is deleted削除される情報
Account information: email address, username, display name and profile image.
アカウント情報：メールアドレス、ユーザー名、表示名、プロフィール画像。
Comments you posted in the app.
アプリ内で投稿したコメント。
Your library and purchase history linked to the account.
アカウントに紐づくライブラリと購入履歴。
Records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records, are retained for the period required by law and then deleted.
取引記録など法令で保管が義務付けられている記録は、法令で定められた期間保管した後に削除します。
Before you delete削除の前にご確認ください
Deletion cannot be undone. Purchased issues can no longer be viewed.
削除は取り消せません。購入済みの号も閲覧できなくなります。
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Please cancel it in your store account settings first.
アカウントを削除しても、App Store・Google Playで購入した定期購読は解約されません。先に各ストアのアカウント設定から解約してください。
