Thirtieth-year Ceremony

A ceremony is held for those who’ve reached the age of 20 to celebrate their reaching adulthood. However, the number of municipalities hosting “Thirtieth-year Ceremonies” to congratulate those who’ve reached their thirtieth year has increased recently. The participants can exchange information, and it becomes an opportunity to reflect on their way of life. (From May issue, 2014 / 2014年5月号より)
