In March, foreign YouTubers living in Japan held a charity live-streaming event and donated the total amount raised to Doctors Without Borders. The donation was called for by three men who disseminate information on Japanese anime and manga. This was done through a special edition of their podcast called “Trash Taste.” Donations by viewers and performers combined totaled approximately 22 million yen.
