White Enterprises

Companies that impose tough working conditions on their employees are called “black enterprises” (sweatshops). Conversely, companies that have a low turnover of staff, and provide good welfare and other benefits are called “white enterprises.” Universities providing information on such companies for career counseling have appeared and have been attracting attention.
