Visiting Spouse’s Parents Blues

This refers to a situation in which you become depressed as a result of the stress felt before and during a visit to a spouse’s parents’ home. Many wives or husbands feel exhausted from the effort of trying to please their parents in law. Conversely on the parents’ side, some get the blues over the preparation of food and house cleaning.
