Three Cs

This refers to “closed spaces” with insufficient ventilation, “crowded places” where many people gather together, and “close contact settings” with conversations being conducted at close range. People are being told to avoid all three of these conditions in order to prevent the transmission and spread of Covid-19. The word sanmitsu is originally a Buddhist term.
