Arumonde (With what you have)

New Expressions & Buzzwords | アルモンデ

Arumonde (With what you have)

It means “with what you have,” and coping with it instead of buying something new. For example, cooking with ingredients in the refrigerator or leftovers from the previous day is called arumonde (al monde) cuisine. It has a nice ring better than “saving money,” and more and more people are getting creative with its usage. ( From March issue, 2023 / 2023年3月号より)
