Hokusai Yoga
This yoga is based on poses that appeared in pictures illustrated by KATSUSHIKA Hokusai – who was one of the most famous ukiyoe artists of the Edo period. It’s become especially popular amongst young women. It seems that the attraction is the novelty of these Edo period postures. (From May issue, 2014 / 2014年5月号より）
