| If something happens in Japan and
you struggle to make yourself understood in Japanese,
how can you communicate the problem to others? “Communication
Support Board, Police Version” is here for such
occasions. 50 sentences including “I lost something”
and “I feel sick” are written on it in
Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean together with
illustrations. By simply pointing to a phrase, people
will understand what you want to say. At present you
can obtain it from an increasing number of police
boxes and police stations all over the country, but
it will be possible in the future for you to download
it from the site of Meiji Yasuda Kokoro no Health
Foundation (It already enables you to download a version
of “What I want to say.”).
